Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Infinity Experience. By creating an account or streaming a tour you agree to them.
1. The service
Infinity Experience streams live and on‑demand immersive tours. Availability and features may change as we improve the product.
2. Your account
You must be 13+ (16+ in the EU) to create an account. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout for your region. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current period.
4. Refunds
Where required by law (e.g. EU 14‑day withdrawal) we honour full refunds. Elsewhere, unused annual plans are refundable pro‑rata within 30 days.
5. Acceptable use
No scraping, resale of streams, harassment of guides or fellow viewers, or attempting to break the platform. Live chat is moderated.
6. Content & IP
All tours, footage and guide performances are owned by Infinity Experience or its partner guides. You get a personal, non‑commercial licence to view them.
7. Liability
The service is provided as‑is. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
