1. Who we are
Infinity Experience ("IE", "we") produces and streams immersive virtual tours to viewers around the world. This page explains what information we collect when you use infinityexperience.com and our apps, and how you can control it.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, password hash, chosen plan.
- Usage data — tours viewed, watch time, device type, IP‑derived country.
- Payment data — handled by our processor (Stripe or Paddle). We never store card numbers.
- Support messages — anything you send through Contact or chat.
3. How we use it
To run the service, personalise recommendations, price plans for your region, prevent abuse, and (with consent) send occasional product updates. We do not sell personal data.
4. Your rights
You can access, export or delete your account data at any time from settings, or by writing to privacy@infinityexperience.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have rights under the GDPR/UK‑GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for billing and legal reasons. Anonymised usage data may be kept longer for product analytics.
